Why I Became a Rental Advisor
Finding a place to live in Austin is about more than choosing an apartment—it's about finding a neighborhood that fits your lifestyle, commute, and budget.
I've been part of the University of Texas community since 2007. As both a student and a longtime staff member, I've spent years getting to know Austin from the perspective of the people who are moving here every semester: undergraduate students, graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, faculty, and university staff.
Over the years, I've lived in several Austin neighborhoods and learned firsthand how much your location can affect your daily life. Whether you're trying to stay within walking distance of campus, shorten your commute, find a quieter neighborhood, or balance price with convenience, I've experienced many of the same decisions you're making now.
Today, I combine that local knowledge with professional real estate expertise to help renters navigate Austin's competitive housing market.
